My Parents' 50th!

Well, my parents recently had their 50th anniversary. In celebration, all their children and their families all got together in a couple condos in Park City and basically had a family reunion. It was so relaxing to just get away from everything for a while and to be with all the people I care about! :)

Anyways, it was an absolute blast! We went to the Alpine Slide, shopping, and just enjoyed being in eachother's company. Plus, the place was very nice. (Thanks to my older brother.)
Here are a few pictures of the event! I'd definately enjoy doing something like that again!

My Lovely Children

My oldest daughter, Ginay, has a talent for taking pictures! My younger children all enjoy being "models." As you can see it's the perfect match! So, one day Ginay took all my kids (and her 2 adorable children as well) and had a photoshoot. We were all very pleased with the outcome. Hope you agree.

Summer Vacation: A Success

Wow! So far this summer has been absolutely crazy in every possible way, however, it's also been filled with lots of fun, love, family, and excitement! My kids are all extremely busy in all that they do, whether it's sports, swimming, camps, or just playing in the sun!
I think we can all agree that summer is definitely a nice change. The kids are home, there's no school stress, and we can all just relax... sometimes. ;)
That's all for now,

Spring Break: ARIZONA!!

Spring break down in Utah calls for a Bagley Family Vacation! This year, our destination turned out to be SunLakes/Mesa, Arizona! My parents have been staying down there, and my younger brother also lives down there...so spring break was the perfect opportunity for a visit! (Plus, we wanted to get away from the cold weather.) So far, we have had a BLAST! We have gone swimming, gone on walks/jogs, taken golf-cart rides, watched movies, pigged out, hung with cousins...and the list goes on!
Did I mention we got the special opportunity to ride with my brother in his PLANE. Yes, HIS plane. It was amazing! Dale, my son Kallin, and I all went up the the sky for quite some time. We enjoyed the scenery, and the experience.
However, the trip isn't over yet!
I will create another post later on with all of our pictures. (And maybe even a few, new and exciting events we have done.
Well...
keep your eyes open for the next post!
For now, I'm going to go enjoy the weather. :)
Have a nice spring break!

Omlets in a Bag

2 Eggs
2 Slices Ham, chopped
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Tomato
1 Tablespoon Chunky Salsa
2 Fresh Mushrooms, sliced

Method:

Crack the eggs into a large resealable freezer bag. Press out most of the air, and seal. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs. Open the bag, and add the ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa, and mushrooms (ingredients are optional and can be added to taste). Squeeze out as much of the air as you can, and seal the bag.
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Place up to 8 bags at a time into the boiling water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Open the bag, and let the omelet roll out onto a plate. The omelet should roll out easily.

St. George: The Swing Jumping Contest!

A few weeks ago, my family and I went down to St. George for another one of my daugther's many soccer tournaments. (A special thanks to Sylva and Rullon, my husbands parents, who let us stay with them!) While we were down there, we definately enjoyed the warm, sunny weather! (Seeing as it was extremely cold here in American Fork...but it's warming up pretty quickly.) Anyways, right before we started our journey home, we all went down to the park behind my parent's-in-law's house and just PLAYED! My kids had obviously missed being outside...as we were out playing, we did a number of fun activities. We played basketball, we played on the park, AND we had a "swing jumping contest." (Which was started by my competitive husband.) Let me explain:

You swing as HIGH as you can, and then...you jump! You try to land the farthest distace away from the swing as possible. My husband, Dale, started the whole competition. He jumped from the swing, and challenged my daughters to beat his record. One of my competive young daughters, CaLea, simply had to beat her father's record. She jumped, and she beat it! As you can probably predict, this competition went on for quite some time. The *RECORD LINE* kept moving further and further out. To tell the truth, I don't even know who won. Oh well, we got some pretty fun pictures though!! Enjoy!

WOW! A Crazy Shocker that Ruined My Day

Recently, I cut back on my phone bill, without actually having to cut back on the "extras." I figured everything out with T-moblie, and I was supposed to be getting a GREAT deal on my phone plan. So, naturally I was very excited to get my bill for the month. However, when I actually recieved it, the stack of papers was SO BIG that I actually believed it was a catalog for my homephone addition to the plan. When I opened it... I was absolutely shocked! Check this out...

ISN'T IT INSANE! WOW! I am very glad to share with you that the problem has been fixed, and my bill was NOT that expensive. Thankfully. :)

Quelf

If you want a CRAZY Game, one you play late at night with some close Family and Friends, this is your game... On the Box it says Random Has a New Meaning... and it doesn't lie. The funniest part is there is no rules really to start, but as you land on blue spaces, you gain roolz either for yourself, or the whole group. Things like; when you share a space you must hold hands with that person, or people until you no longer share the space... You end all sentences with IZZLE, etc. But if your up for having a little fun, try this GAME, I Love it!

Scraping in a Frame!

Scrapbookers and paper crafters are all the same. When they see something, they start thinking about how to make it better, or how to make it more personal. At least, that is how I think. Maybe I am weird, but I think that you can all relate. We all have had one of those moments at least once in our lives. I took a mat and made it my own by stamping it, adding some rub on words, and I finished it off with a ribbon. I then found the perfect frame, popped it in, and it became my own, original way of scrapbooking/papercrafting. Scrapbooking in a frame. It is oh so fun! If you ever have the time, or you ever find yourself out of ideas, give it a try! I'm sure you'll enjoy it just as much as I did!

Try it out.
